Our Mission
„No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were: any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind.”
John Donne

In its daily work, the hospital has implemented the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility business, which can be described as a triple bottom line business model that recognizes two dimensions - internal and external. The internal dimension refers to the internal organizational processes: human resource management, health and safety at work, adapting to changes - restructuring in a socially responsible manner, managing impacts on the environment, and natural resources. The external dimension describes external elements of the organization's business, such as impact on the local community, impact on other key stakeholders (apart from employees and shareholders), such as business partners and suppliers, consumers, public administration, local associations, as well as respecting human rights, and global environmental concerns.
In this regard, the hospital's management is aware that neither internal nor external organizational processes can be adequately improved without collaboration with other organizations and individuals. Furthermore, we have defined priority areas for development. - accessible here.
